The steps to clear your cache and cookies will depend on the browser you are using.


Chrome

  • Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner 
  • Click on history
  • Click clear browsing data
  • Check off the "Cache" box
  • Check off the "Cookies" box
  • Click "Clear Data", your cache and cookies will have been cleared

Firefox

  • Click top right button with three lines
  • Click on the gear next to "Options"
  • Click on "Privacy & Security"
  • Scroll down and click "Clear History"
  • Check off the "Cache" box
  • Check off the "Cookies" box
  • Click "Clear Now", your cache and cookies will have been cleared

Edge

  • Select the Settings and More menu (the three ellipses)
  • Select Settings
  • Select the Privacy & Security tab in the left pane of the Settings menu
  • Select the Choose What to Clear button in the Clear Browsing Data section
  • Select the checkboxes of the types of data you want to clear from the cache
  • Choose Clear. 

Safari

Delete Safari's Browser cache through a keyboard shortcut: 

  • Press [CMD] + [ALT] + [E]

Clearing the cache through the developer menu:

  • Select the first item "Safari" in the main menu and from the drop-down the item "Preferences..."
  • A popup opens. Click on the tab "Advanced" 
  • Check the option "Show Develop menu in menu bar" at the bottom. Now you should see a new menu item in the main menu named "Develop" 
  • If you click on the menu item "Develop" you can select "Empty Caches" from the submenu items 
  • Reload the site and your cache will be cleared
