Faculty may use the Course Reserves Request Form to request that up to five items be placed on reserve for a course at a time. Please complete a separate form to add additional items. A minimum of 48 hours is required for processing before items are available for class use.

  • Requests are processed in the order that they are received.

  • Reserve lists are intended for one semester or one academic year unless we are otherwise notified.

  • Items placed on reserve will be returned at the end of the Spring semester unless we are otherwise notified.

  • Personal copies of items to be placed on reserve may be dropped off at the Information Desk in the Learning Commons or sent there via interoffice mail.

  • Items owned by the library will be retrieved and placed on reserve by library staff.

  • Material owned by another library and obtained via Interlibrary Loan may not be placed on reserve.

  • All material placed on reserve is subject to copyright compliance.

  • Faculty should notify library staff if going on sabbatical or retiring so items can be removed and/or returned.

  • The library cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal copies on reserve.

  • Regular office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
