Q. How do I send a job to be printed from my personal device?

Springfield College uses PaperCut for printing on campus. The Technology Service Center (TSC) manages the networked printers.

To print:

• Login to papercut.springfield.edu using your PrideNet username and password.
• Click Web Print on the left side of the screen.
• Click Submit a Job.
• Select double-sided or single-sided printing.
• Click Print Options and Account Selection.
• Choose the number of copies.
• Click Upload Documents.
• Click Upload from Computer and select file(s) to upload.
• Click Upload & Complete.

When your file has finished uploading, you will see the status "Held in a queue." You can now go to a printer and swipe your ID card to release your print(s).
