If you notice that a library resource is unavailable, check the Library Services website to see if an alert banner has been posted. If there isn't an alert, or if you are experiencing any other issues accessing a resource, please send us a chat message, call us at email us via Ask the Library to report the problem.

Additionally, if you are using Quick Search and find a broken link to a resource, you can report it to us directly via the Report a Broken Link button.

When filling out the form, be sure to check the "Send me the correct link to the resource if it's available" box so we can contact you with a link to the full text or to help you request it via interlibrary loan.

The Report a Broken Link button is located below the Access Journal, View Article, or View eBook button on the left-hand side of the item record. The Report a Broken Link form asks for you to enter your Name, Email address, Any comments about the broken link, and a checkbox for whether or not you want to be contacted for follow-up.
