Try the following to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Clear your browser's cache of all cookies and sign back into Brightspace in a new window.
  2. Open the Brightspace course in a different browser.
  3. Access the database content directly through our Database list.

If none of these methods fail to clear it up, email us via Ask the Library or send us a chat message. We'll work with you and your instructor to correct the issue.
